Provenance Network: Numbers Mainnet Campaign
The Numbers Mainnet (Jade), the first Provenance Network, was launched on December 2022 and marked a significant milestone for Numbers Protocol and the digital media industry. Since then, the team has worked tirelessly on product migration to ensure the network operates smoothly and efficiently.
One of the essential features of the Numbers Mainnet is its ability to ensure the provenance of digital-media assets. By registering digital assets on the Numbers Mainnet, these assets can represent their own records and values in a decentralized way. This brings transparency and accountability to the management of digital assets, allowing them to speak for themselves through accessible and transparent records.
As an asset-centric blockchain, the Numbers Mainnet is designed to support the entire lifecycle of modern digital assets. It provides additional smart contract support for asset monetization, NFT minting, royalty distribution, and more. To realize this goal, the Numbers Mainnet needs to be adopted and used by individuals and organizations who wish to take advantage of the benefits offered by the platform. In addition to the partnership with Starling Labs and CreatorDAO that was announced at launch, five more partners adopted the Numbers network to preserve digital assets for their users during the first quarter of 2023.
NUM, the native token of the Numbers Protocol, is utilized for registration, transactions, and various platform functions. Facilitating the migration of users from ERC20 and BEP20 NUM to Mainnet NUM is essential, as the Mainnet is where provenance activities occur.
